Meetings

The Governing Body (New College Corporation) meets in full session four or five times a year, generally in the evening, but much of its work is carried on by its Committees. The Corporation has six Committees each with members drawn from the Corporation:

·         Finance and General Purpose Committee
·         Remuneration Committee
·         Student Achievement and Standards Committee
·         Audit Committee
·         Search Committee
·         Discipline and Suspension Committee
 
Most of these Committees meet at least once a term (again normally in the evening). Their terms of reference and membership numbers can be found in the ‘Rules & Procedures’ section.
 
Minutes of Meetings
 
The Clerk to the Corporation is responsible for producing a record (the minutes) of proceedings at each meeting of the Corporation or its Committees. The minutes of a meeting are confirmed at the next meeting of the relevant Committee or the Corporation. Once confirmed the minutes (other than those recording confidential parts) will appear on this website.
