Welcome to New College Telford
Specialising in Advanced Level education – Level 3 – New College Telford offers over 40 traditional academic A Level options. We also provide a wide range of technical skills programmes – vocational courses including BTEC Certificates and Diplomas.
A range of full time Intermediate Level courses – Level 2 – is also available for those looking to gain relevant qualifications to enable them to progress – including GCSEs and BTEC Certificates.
With a first class learning environment for over 1400 learners from Telford & Wrekin, Shropshire and beyond - our students really appreciate the friendly, supportive and stretching learning environment designed to prepare them for success in Higher Education, and ultimately the world of work.
Information and Support
A dedicated Student Services team is on hand to provide a wide range of support including up-to-date advice and help in applying for Higher Education places and employment opportunities. We can also help with a wide range of volunteering and work experience opportunities as well as entrepreneurial activities and contact with employers. The college also organises visits from and trips to a range of Higher Education institutions.
When a student joins New College Telford, they are allocated a personal tutor/learning mentor who will works with them to support them to monitor their progress and help plan for the future.
Helping to keep track of assignment deadlines and grades supports our students' success.
