NEW... Homework Club
There is now available a homework club set up in B140 LRC every Wednesday for students to work on assignments and coursework or prepare for exams. Professional help will be on hand to help with all aspects of study skills. Sessions will run from 2.45 pm until 4.45 pm. There is no need to book your place, just turn up! All New College Telford students are welcome.
There is lots of help for students at exam time: in addition to extra revision classes from your teachers, you can get extra help from the learning facilitators in the LRC. Greg or Steve can give you 1:1 advice on how to get yourself organised, show you revision strategies, go through past papers with you and let you have revision guides on loan. We can give you help sheets on writing essays, time management, and tips for effective revision.

Also in the library, you can buy highlighter pens for your notes and annotations and blank revision cards. In the LRCs and library, there are quiet places to work and areas for group revision. Choose how and where you like to revise.
