Your Sixth Form College

New College is a popular and successful sixth form college with over 1400 16-19 year old students studying a wide range of subjects. We specialise in advanced level education, offering over 50 courses and most subject combinations, as well as a wide range of sporting, performing arts, music and other personal development activities outside your main programme. We also offer full time intermediate courses.

With traditions that go back to the High School which opened in 1912 and our excellent support for students and varied curriculum, we provide education that meets the current and changing needs of our students.  We are going from strength to strength.

Taster Week

Taster Week is a good opportunity to experience college life, find out more about the courses you are planning to take and to meet other students. The week is designed so that you can make your own choices and plan how you would like to spend your time.
